Synopsis
'Yaaradi Nee Mohini' is the remake of a Telugu film titled 'Adavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule' starring Venkatesh and Trisha in the lead. The original version was directed by none other than Selvaraghavan. Mithran R.Jawahar is directing the Tamil version. The film narrates the success of true and strong love. It stars Dhanush and Nayantara in lead. Yuvan Shankar Raja has given peppy music for the film.
Dhanush plays a middle-class boy who repeatedly faces failure in his job-hunt because of his lack of communication skills. His father, a strict teacher, always reminds him of his inadequacies. Dhanush's youthful life is dimmed because of his father's constant remarks and his own fear of failure. Aimless and in need of a big change, Dhanush sees Nayantara and falls in love with her almost immediately. Soon he gets a job in a software company and with quite a big stroke of luck, he ends up working beside his lover.
The innocent young man describes his feelings to Nayantara when both of them go on an official tour. But Nayantara refuses to accept his love and also supplements it with the shattering fact that she is already engaged to one of her relatives. She even treats his father badly when he appeals to her on behalf of his son. Unable to face the disgrace, the father dies the same night.
Dhanush lands in a state of distress and loss. His friend, who happens to be Trisha's would be groom, takes him to his own house, hoping that Dhanush gets refreshed there. Dhanush plans to step out of his lover's life, but fate does not let him go. And to know whether he unites with Nayantara, we have to wait for the film's release. |  |
