R.Balu who gave super hits like Kaalamellam Kaadhal Vazhga and Unnudan is launching a new face Ashwin as the hero in this film. Before coming to films Ashwin has trained himself well in all aspects, which is expected out of a hero. He has learnt filmy dance and stunt apart from taking up acting course from Film Institute. When the director was looking out for a fresh face for his film, he happened to watch one of Ashwin’s video albums and got impressed. “I have performed my level best and I strongly believe that the subject is the first hero of any film” says a confident Ashwin. Rati is the female lead of the film.
Although Rati has done few films earlier she considers this film has given her a totally different experience. “The film is clean family entertainer, “ claims director Balu. Dina has composed six songs. Abdul Rahman’s camera brings you live views of the sunny streets and beautiful beaches of Mauritius where two songs are picturised. “We were given full police protection from Mauritius Government and also The Film Development Corporation of Mauritius were very helpful” said the producer. Other lead artistes include Venniraadai Moorthy, Yogan (Tamizhmani’s son), Anu Mohan, Mano Bala, Pallavi, Meera Krishnan and Karunaas.
