The director has compelled his efforts to get the movie released in a stroking manner. Unfortunately the movie disappoints. 'Kasu' movie has been in the cans for a long time.
The movie is about Karan (Rehman), who goes on a trip to Kerala and comes across Prarthana (Sangeetha). They both develop an affinity towards each other and later Karan comes to know that Prarthana's brother Dilip (Bawa) is a rich industrialist. Coming to know about his sister's affair with Karan, he works out a plan to separate them. Dilip offers a huge sum to Karan to let go his sister. Without any hesitation, Karan accepts the money but comes up with plans otherwise. Situation forces Karan to come to Chennai. He is forced to marry Thulasi (Rajashri). But Prarthana enters into their life. The rest is an interesting sequence of events between the lives of the three.
Performance:
Rehman and Sangeetha have come up with good performance. Sangeetha, who looks younger, plays the role with ease. Her dialogue delivery and the body language deserve a special mention. Rajashri plays the other cast in the movie. Charlie fills the comedian's role.
