J.D.Chakravarthy as Robot Villian Remember the guy who made his appearance as a Tamil Tiger fighter in Sri Lanka called Dhileepan, who is the father of the little girl Amutha, in Mani Ratnam’s award-winning masterpiece Kannathil Muthamittal. Thats Telugu actor J.D Chakravarthy. He will be seen again in Tamil, this time along with superstar Rajinikanth in the forthcomming Robot.
J.D. will be portraying the role of a bad guy in Shankar’s futuristic drama. The name of Chakravarthy has been suggested by none other than Rajinikanth himself. His original name is Chakravarthy and became known as J.D Chakravarthy due to his debut role as ‘J.D’ in Telugu Shiva movie. |
